PREFACE

The World Handicapped Foundation has translated the Non-Handicapped Design Manual with the consideration of that it would be useful within the scope of the Non-*Handicapped City Planning Project, which is one of the Non-Handicapped Projects. The Handicapped City Planning covers design from the scale of non-handicapped house to non-handicapped world.

The Non-Handicapped Design Manual was prepared to ensure proper and safe access to the buildings and facilities. The manual was translated faithfully, and the necessary permission was obtained from the Manual authorities. The printed book is updated in 2008, up-to-date information may be reached at.
